Job Title: Senior Hospitality Manager

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

About the Role:

The Hospitality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food services, ensuring that all aspects of customer service and satisfaction are met. This includes managing the production and presentation of food items, maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene, and implementing processes to improve efficiency and profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
  • Control the quantity and quality of ingredients and train receiving area staff on quality control.
  • Maintain records of hygiene-related procedures, initiatives, and incidents.
  • Coordinate with QMHSE and H&FS teams to implement policies and processes.
  • Report incidents related to QMHSE and H&FS to concerned teams in a timely manner.
  • Take ownership of QMHSE and H&FS processes and communicate hazards to concerned departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Operations: Ensure service deliveries meet client terms and conditions.
  • Manage menu recipes rotation for breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner, and special events.
  • Develop new menus, upgrade old menus, and create special event menus.
  • Taste food before service begins.
  • Generate ideas for promotions, festivals, and special events.
  • Plan pre-preparation areas to process items according to recipes.
  • Maintain quality, cost, presentation, and flavor standards of foods.

Organic Growth and Profitability:

  • Develop and promote service excellence, retail offers, and value-added offers to drive organic growth of sales and sites.
  • Analyze reports and provide solutions to counter discrepancies and sustain site profitability.

Cash and Debtors Management:

  • Accurately control, handover, and deposit cash, maintaining specified cash control documents.
  • Raise invoices and deliver them to clients as per schedule.

People Management and Training:

  • Manage on-site teams, including cooks, MPWs, stewards, cashiers, and Stores assistants.
  • Implement HR processes and staff welfare activities.

Communication and Client Retention:

  • Communicate with clients regarding services, additional business, new initiatives, and hygiene, preparing relevant documents.
  • Achieve 100% client retention.

Wastage Control and Cost Management:

  • Maintain records of daily leftovers and plan production based on this data.
  • Minimize wastage and recycle excess ingredients for other dishes while maintaining highest hygiene standards.

Legal Compliances:

  • Coordinate with HR, QMHSE, and Legal departments to ensure legal compliances are met.

Systems Implementation and Process Management:

  • Implement and follow company policies and processes.
  • Document and display work processes.

Procurement and Inventory Management:

  • Monitor daily raw material indent.

Qualifications:

  • IHM pass out with 10 years of work experience required.

  • Well-groomed and able to represent organization professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
