Development Chemist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced development chemist to lead our team's efforts in chemical development, analytical techniques, and quality control.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven to transform raw materials into finished, fully analyzed products.

You will be responsible for:

  • BATCH PROCESSING: Plan, manage, and execute development batches with precision and efficiency.
  • CUMULATIVE ANALYSIS: Take full ownership of product analysis, including CDP, AMV, PV, and other essential parameters.
  • QUALITY & DOCUMENTATION: Uphold rigorous quality standards while maintaining thorough and accurate documentation.
  • INNOVATION & SCALE-UP: Collaborate with R&D teams to troubleshoot, refine formulations, and scale up successful batches.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN CHEMICAL DEVELOPMENT OR ANALYTICAL LABORATORIES.
  • STRONG HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WITH CDP, AMV, PV, AND ANALYTICAL TECHNIQUES (HPLC, GC, SPECTROSCOPY).
  • A PROACTIVE LEADER WHO CAN TAKE CHARGE AND WORK INDEPENDENTLY.
  • EXCELLENT PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS WITH GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

The ideal candidate should have a Master's/Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related discipline. Strong collaboration and communication skills are also required for success in this role.
