Expert Process Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business and process consulting initiatives across various industries. As an Expert Process Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance to help grow and expand existing client engagements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver process transformational initiatives via consulting expertise.
  • Provide thought leadership delivering business value to clients, developing reusable assets in the process.
  • Design innovative solutions using digital technologies in context of client problems.
  • Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities and influencing downstream IT projects.
  • Demonstrate industry-based subject matter expertise in relevant functions/client base.
  • Apply formal project management techniques (budgeting, planning, risk management).
  • Showcase business value-led approaches and helping shape client decision making.
  • Achieve action-oriented results while taking ownership.
  • Analyze enterprise systems.
  • Build relationships with clients at all levels, especially at the Program & Business Leadership levels.

Desired Skillset:

  • Experience and knowledge in product development process areas in continuous manufacturing industry (Bill Of Materials Management, Configuration Management etc.).
  • In-depth understanding in manufacturing value chain processes, industry trends, and enabling technologies.
  • Technical expertise & hands-on experience in one or more Product Lifecycle Management tools (Windchill, Team Center, SAP PLM, Enovia, etc.).
  • Work Experience in Product Analytics area like Product performance, Reliability testing, Market analysis.
  • Understanding of Enterprise technologies like Product Lifecycle Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in any of the Product Lifecycle Management/CAD/Engineering tools.
  • Experience in Project Management.

Requirements:

  • 8-16 years of experience in the field.
  • Strong understanding of business and process consulting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems and software applications.
