Job DescriptionAs our new Creative Director, you will oversee and direct conceptual and design projects, ensuring the quality of ideas and end-to-end design execution from brief through to implementation and delivery. You will lead and support all levels of design and creative talent across the account, defining and advancing a positive and productive design culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Culture of Excellence: Motivate and influence the creative team to strive for excellence in performance.
- Culture of Innovation: Investigate, propose, and implement innovative ways of delivering design services to maximise efficiency and productivity.
- Brand Guardianship: Ensure all design collateral produced by the design team adheres to client brand guidelines.
- Customer Centricity: Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality client service.
- People Management & Development: Manage, train, and mentor staff, overseeing their professional development and offering knowledge, motivation, and support.
- Hands-on experience in directing complex commercial design projects involving senior stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to communicate and liaise with all levels of the business.
- Demonstrated expertise in graphic design, typography, and technical design skills in one or more disciplines.
- Proven ability to effectively manage creative teams and drive global creative trends.
- Proficient in Adobe CC, Microsoft Office, and related software.
We are looking for a driven, proactive, helpful, and enthusiastic team player who can inspire and motivate the creative team. You should have a good understanding and genuine interest in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and be willing to explore its applications and potential impact.
