Job Title: Order Processing and Revenue Specialist

Language: English (Mandatory)

  • Coordinate order fulfillment and revenue management activities for Order Management contracts.
  • Supervise and manage daily tasks of the Customer Service Team in the following areas:
  • Obtain and review agreements for completeness of terms and conditions for revenue billing.
  • Maintain databases and process updates, additions, and cancellations.
  • Generate invoices covering preferences and validate revenue recognition criteria that triggers system invoices.
  • Ensure adherence to procedures in compliance with company policies.
  • Reconcile and report monthly verification of revenue data, provide corrections and clarifications of reported results.
  • Archive and retain records according to company policies and practices.
  • Support internal audits as requested.

Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.

Key Requirements:

  • Collaborate with other team members.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Order Management and Revenue, preferably in a global or multinational company.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Effective communication with all parties involved at different levels of the process.
  • Dedication and strong sense of accountability.
  • High sense of urgency.
  • Passion for delivering excellent service and problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Global/multi-country experience strongly preferred.
