
Chief Operating Improvement Officer

The successful Operations Excellence Manager plays a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement across the organization by effectively implementing strategic initiatives, establishing high-performance teams, and leading operational projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Process Implementation:
Develop and deploy harmonized processes across the organization to create a standardized approach to operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review target operating models that enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Effective Deployment of Strategies:Help teams identify and prioritize strategic opportunities to reduce manual processes and operational redundancies. Act as a liaison between teams to promote best practice sharing.
High-Performance Team Management:Develop and implement a high-performance mindset within the organization. Monitor and coach team members to improve team performance across the organization. Drive initiatives that encourage best practices sharing, performance benchmarking, and continuous improvement within teams.
Operational Projects:Identify and lead operational projects focusing on process enhancements, automation, and simplification. Conduct regular assessments to uncover opportunities for improvements across various functions. Engage stakeholders across the organization to drive a culture of continuous improvement and ensure alignment on project goals.
Team Development & HO Contribution:Participate in organizational global projects, working closely with HQ teams and external partners to manage the effective implementation of strategic initiatives. Act as a focal point for the organization to provide organizational specificities and process needs. Collaborate and support teams during organizational change management projects.
Implementation of New Teams or Functions:Lead the setup and implementation of new organizational teams or functions, ensuring alignment with business standards and operational targets. Provide guidance on standard operating procedures, resource allocation, and technology requirements to establish a solid foundation for new entities. Ensure smooth integration and adherence to the target operating model.
Requirements:
- Conceptual and strategic thinking with advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Inspiring leadership style incorporating a customer-centric approach.
- Naturally collaborative, bold, and teamwork-driven approach.
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in operational improvement and/or business process management.
- Certification in LEAN Six Sigma, Project Management would be advantageous.
