Job Overview:

  • Guide staff on potential tax adjustments due to tax law changes and e-filing validations.
  • Mentor team members and facilitate trainings, helping develop training materials for technical topics.
  • Collaborate with US counterparts to ensure adherence to timelines and high-quality work through consistent learning.
  • Enable teams to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to learn new tax software and adapt to changing regulations.
  • Quick learner, enthusiastic, and positive demeanor.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure during busy seasons.
  • Good at multi-tasking and handling various projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in detail review of tax returns and knowledge of CCh Axcess Tax, Gofile room, and Case ware.
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant (US), or IRS Enrolled Agent.
