City Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our city operations, focusing on developing strategic partnerships with healthcare providers and driving revenue growth.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with doctors and hospitals to promote our services and drive referrals.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, ensuring target achievement and professional development.
  • Identify patient needs and provide innovative financing solutions at partner hospitals.
  • Promote our platform through awareness campaigns, highlighting the benefits of instant medical loans and zero-cost EMI options.
  • Manage revenue goals and pipeline performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Provide market feedback to inform product development and improve customer experience.
  • Ensure seamless lending operations by coordinating with patients, hospital finance teams, and partnered lenders.
  • Take ownership of city-level profitability, driving operational efficiency and revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in healthcare or a startup environment.
  • Proven leadership skills and track record of sales target achievement.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region.
  • Prior experience in medical crowdfunding, health-tech, or hospital/doctor engagement is advantageous.
