Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

This is a full-time on-site role that involves managing supply chain activities, handling export documentation, and ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating logistics processes, providing exceptional customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to optimize operations.

The Logistics Specialist will play a critical role in streamlining our logistics processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage supply chain activities, including importing and exporting goods
  • Handle export documentation, customs clearance, and other regulatory requirements
  • C coordinate with internal teams and external partners to streamline logistics processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
