Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive training and engagement strategies for vendors and supervisors across categories viz. Intracity & intercity.
  • Manage training centers, trainers, and curriculum delivery ensuring standardization across geographies.
  • Conduct periodic audits, refreshers, and feedback sessions to bridge gaps in vendor performance.
  • Collaborate with operations and vendor management teams to align training with business goals and customer experience.
  • Evaluate outcomes like vendor certification, NPS improvement, service quality scores, and partner retention.

  • Training Program Design – Ability to craft impactful training initiatives.
  • Analytical Skills – Proficiency in Google Sheets and ability to build analyses with minimal support.
