As a growth associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's trajectory by executing growth experiments, analyzing data, and pivoting to optimize results.

  • Ideate, run, and optimize growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention.
    • Hustle your way into conversations with prospects through cold outreach, partnerships, content distribution, and creative campaigns.
      • Track metrics, analyze performance, and pivot quickly to double down on what works.
        • Create scrappy content (emails, posts, one-pagers, case studies) that helps win attention and trust.
          • Engage with relevant online communities, forums, and social channels to get our name out there.
            • Work closely with founders, product, and marketing teams to turn growth insights into product enhancements and campaigns.
            Requirements:
            • 1–3 years of experience in a growth function.
              • Solid understanding of digital marketing basics (funnels, conversion, paid/organic growth levers).
                • Analytical mindset—comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and making sense of data.
                  • Willingness to hustle—cold emailing, prospecting, knocking on digital doors.
                    • Bonus: experience in SaaS, B2B marketing, or AI tools.
