
Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Lead to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for stock management, systems operation, supply chain stability, cash handling, post-sales service, new customer acquisition, and merchandising visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Management: Ensure optimal stock levels in store.
- Systems Operation: Manage daily operations and systems efficiently.
- Supply Chain Stability: Maintain a stable and efficient supply chain.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions securely and efficiently.
- Post-Sales Service: Provide exceptional post-sales service to customers.
- New Customer Acquisition: Acquire new customers through effective marketing strategies.
- MERchandising Visibility: Ensure products are displayed attractively and effectively in the store.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduation degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Skills: Basic computer knowledge, smartphone usage, local language proficiency, English reading and writing skills, and cash handling skills.
- Personality Traits: Ability to learn, adapt quickly, and provide excellent customer service.
