Job Title: Assistant Manager

To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for managing a team and providing support to clients on process-related queries and assistance. This includes consistently meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by effectively managing the performance of your team.

You will also be responsible for monitoring resource capacity planning on a daily/weekly basis, as well as project deliveries and ensuring zero delays with high quality standards. Additionally, you will oversee people management, ensuring the smooth functioning of processes and teams, controlling attrition, focusing on quality within teams and processes, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining open communication channels with clients to manage their expectations while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage teams' performance and ensure they meet SLAs.
  2. Maintain effective resource capacity planning.
  3. Ensure project deliveries are completed on time with high quality standards.
  4. Oversight of people management, attrition control, quality focus, and ISO compliance.
  5. Client expectation management.
Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced individual with a background in travel who has managed teams and handled client-facing roles. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in handling similar responsibilities.

An undergraduate degree is required, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
