Project Manager - Operations Lead

Job Summary:

The Project Manager - Operations Lead is responsible for managing multiple assigned projects, developing and maintaining project reports, plans, schedules, and costs. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain accurate records of project progress, including snags/observation points and retention amounts.
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage their relationships to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Prepare cash flow projections for each project and follow up on client payments.
  • Present regular reports in weekly meetings to stakeholders.
  • Maintain professional relationships with contractors and clients through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet operational goals.
  • Manage billing and payment processes as per terms and conditions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proper handover procedures and communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Effectively manage project costs and allocate tasks to subcontractors.
  • Perform project audits versus actual reconciliations.
