Full Stack Senior Software Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Full Stack Senior Software Engineer to join our Product Integrity, Sustainability & Compliance Technology team.

The successful candidate will possess a high level of technical knowledge and strong mentoring abilities, contributing to all areas of development and operations (pre-production to production) and guiding a team of Engineers through their day-to-day process.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Main contributor in Agile ceremonies
  • Mentorship and facilitation of engineering training for a team of Engineers
  • Performance of and delegation of engineering assignments to ensure production readiness is maintained
  • Collaboration with global teams to deliver effective technical solutions
  • Conducting research to aid in product troubleshooting and optimization efforts
  • Conducting research to guide product development and tools selection
  • Providing an escalation point and participating in on-call support rotations
  • Active monitoring of key metrics and reporting on trends
  • Participation in the Engineering Community of Practice
  • Contribution to engineering automation, management, or development of production-level systems
  • Contribution to project engineering design and standards verification
  • Reliability monitoring and support as needed to ensure products meet guest expectations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Software Architecture preferred; candidates with substantial and relevant industry experience are also eligible
  • 10 to 12+ years of Full Stack engineering experience
  • 6+ years of experience with Angular / AngularJS
  • 6+ years of experience in HTML, CSS, and writing cross-browser compatible code
  • A solid understanding of AJAX, JavaScript, and the Bootstrap framework (2+ years experience in Bootstrap)
  • 6+ years of experience with RESTful services
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (basic experience, e.g., Cypress)
