Fullstack Lead

Lead the development, deployment and maintenance of full-stack applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement and integrate microservices-based solutions using .NET Core.
  • Build responsive and dynamic front-end interfaces using ReactJS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliverables.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices and ensure high code quality.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
Required Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C# and Entity Framework Core.
  • Hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture and SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
  • Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks and test-driven development.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed.
