Financial Management Role:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll and payroll-related compliance, and general ledger management.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to senior leadership.
  • Monitor cash flow, investments, and cash forecasting to ensure optimal financial performance.
  • Manage budgeting processes and support cross-functional departmental budget planning to drive business growth.

Accounting & Compliance Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and implement GAAP and local tax regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Promptly file all GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C etc.) with accuracy.
  • Handle GST audits, assessments, and departmental notices with professionalism.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of income tax returns to minimize penalties.
  • Manage statutory and tax audits, responding within established time limits.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and tax regulations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
  • Audit and compliance expertise to maintain regulatory adherence.
  • Cash flow management and forecasting skills to optimize financial performance.
