Job Title: Senior Embedded Software Engineer

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing real-time embedded software firmware and PC/mobile-based software applications.

Key responsibilities include analyzing domain-specific technical or low-level requirements, modifying as per end customer or system requirements, participating in high-level and low-level software design, performing software testing, including unit, functional, and system-level requirements, conducting code reviews, and troubleshooting software problems of limited difficulty.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Linux device drivers and Linux kernel programming.
  • Experience working with development tools like oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, emulators, signal generators, JTAG programmers, GIT, SVN, and JIRA.
  • Understanding of hardware schematics and datasheets of hardware components to derive firmware/software-specific solutions.
  • Ability to develop software solutions from established programming languages or by learning new languages required for specific projects.
