Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced UI Designer to lead our design team and drive innovation in user experience.

  • This role involves mentoring, inspiring, and collaborating with designers to achieve high-quality designs that meet business objectives.
  • You will develop and implement design strategies, maintain design systems, and conduct design reviews to ensure consistency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership
  • Lead the design process for different applications, creating high-fidelity UI designs, prototypes, and visual assets.
  • Evaluate and evolve design systems and style guides to maintain consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and user flows into polished visual designs.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Partner with product managers to understand user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
Quality Assurance
  • Ensure all UI designs meet the highest standards of quality, usability, and aesthetics.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks before finalizing designs for implementation.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have expertise in UI design, proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch. A strong portfolio showcasing your skills is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills are also required.

A deep understanding of user-centred design principles and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are crucial. Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Location and Work Arrangement:

This role is based in Mumbai, with opportunities to travel for client engagements in India and abroad. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and be able to work collaboratively.
