Activity Planner

The Activity Planner plays a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing recreational activities and entertainment programs for guests. This individual works closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations and contributes to exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Activity Planning and Organization: Develop and implement seasonal and weekly activity schedules tailored to diverse guest demographics, including families, couples, groups, and children.
  • Guest Engagement: Greet and interact with guests to promote and encourage participation in scheduled activities, providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences and interests.
  • Team Management: Schedule and train team members, ensuring they possess the necessary knowledge and skills to run activities effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Cultural Awareness: Ability to share cultural stories and lifestyle with guests in an engaging manner.
  • Attention to Detail: Detailed and service-oriented, with an eye for detail to be self-motivated and energetic.
  • Communication: Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language, with the ability to speak other languages an advantage.
