Job Title: Market Linkages Specialist

Reports To: Head of Aggregation and Marketing

Employment Type: Full-time

The role involves overseeing village collection centers, enforcing quality standards, and forging long-term partnerships with institutional buyers, exporters, and e-commerce platforms to maximize price realization for farmers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operation of village collection centers
  • Enforce quality standards across all collection centers
  • Forge and maintain long-term partnerships with institutional buyers, exporters, and e-commerce platforms
  • Maximize price realization for farmers through strategic market linkages

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. agricultural science, business, marketing)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in agriculture or related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
