Job Title: Enterprise Messaging Systems Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the administration and optimization of our enterprise messaging platforms.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Manage and administer Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Staffbase, Twilio, and SendGrid for seamless delivery and compliance.
    • Ensure security policies, audit readiness, and documentation.
    • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), escalation matrices, and runbooks.
    • Lead incident resolution and RCA documentation.
  • Key Requirements:
    • 7+ years administering Google Workspace & M365.
    • Strong expertise in security, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and MDM controls.
    • Hands-on with Staffbase, Twilio, and SendGrid APIs.
    • Knowledge of compliance standards (SOC2, ISO, ITGC).
    • Excellent documentation and vendor management skills.
