Job Overview

This role involves providing expert legal advice and support in various matters, particularly those related to RERA and MOFA, litigation.

  • Appearance in courts, including RERA Tribunal, Appellate RERA Court, Consumer Court, State Consumer Court, National Consumer Court, High Court, City Civil Court, Sessions and Magistrate Court, NCLT, etc., is an essential part of the job.
  • Drafting replies to complaints and appeals, winding up petitions, and other relevant proceedings requires strong research and writing skills.
  • Proficiency with court procedures and arbitration practices is vital for success in this position.
  • Presenting cases to counsels and summarizing recent case laws are critical tasks that demand excellent communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to provide informed legal advice.
  • Prepare and file documents, pleadings, and other legal papers as required.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, negotiations, and arbitrations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of client interactions and case progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in RERA and MOFA litigation.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
