Senior Quality Assurance Professional

About the Role:

This is a critical leadership position that involves driving quality assurance initiatives, mentoring a team of QA professionals, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning experiences. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and agile project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the QA team, providing guidance and facilitating professional growth.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, roadmaps, and test plans aligned with product vision and release cycles.
  • Establish quality metrics and KPIs to monitor product quality, testing efficiency, and team performance.
  • Oversee the design and execution of functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing across web and mobile platforms.
  • Implement automated testing frameworks to increase coverage and accelerate release cycles.
  • Establish and maintain robust defect tracking and management processes.
  • Create detailed test reports, dashboards, and quality metrics for stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and implement new testing tools and frameworks to enhance automation capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading QA efforts for web and mobile applications.
  • Expertise in QA methodologies, test planning, and execution.
  • Proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) and scripting languages (e.g., Python).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into development workflows.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced agile environments.

About You:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • ISTQB Certified Tester or equivalent certifications.
