Job Overview:

As a seasoned test development professional, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive testing solutions on an Advantest V93000 platform using SmarTest 8. Your primary focus will be on developing tests for various functionalities, including ADC/DAC, SERDES (CPRI, PCIE), ATPG, Boundary Scan, Programming LTU chip, Process Monitors, High Voltage Stress Testing, Very Low Voltage (VLV) Testing, IO Parametric Tests, IDD, Top Level Verification (TLV), Production Test & Yield Ramp, and Failure Analysis Support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality test software on the Advantest V93000 platform using SmarTest 8.
  • Design and implement testing strategies for complex electronic systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing solutions.
  • Perform thorough analysis and debugging to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of testing principles and methodologies, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in test development on an Advantest V93000 platform using SmarTest 8.
  • Strong knowledge of ADC/DAC, SERDES (CPRI, PCIE), ATPG, Boundary Scan, Programming LTU chip, Process Monitors, High Voltage Stress Testing, Very Low Voltage (VLV) Testing, IO Parametric Tests, IDD, Top Level Verification (TLV), Production Test & Yield Ramp, and Failure Analysis Support.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C, Python, or Java.
  • Experience with simulation tools like ModelSim or VCS.
  • Knowledge of hardware description languages like VHDL or Verilog.
  • Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or macOS.
