Test Engineering Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive test engineering specialist to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end testing, including manual, automation, and performance testing, while actively participating in requirement analysis, client discussions, and test strategy implementation.

The successful candidate will have experience with Selenium, API testing, and performance tools. They will be responsible for key responsibilities such as requirement analysis & test planning, manual testing, automation development & maintenance, defect management, AI-driven testing exploration, collaboration & communication, and test reporting & metrics.

  • Attend client meetings to gather and understand testing needs.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into structured test plans and test cases.
  • Perform functional, UI, smoke, sanity, and exploratory tests.
  • Validate across development, QA, and production environments.

Key Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

Experience with Git and version control workflows, understanding of CI/CD pipelines, and ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
