A Community Building Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Community Building Professional. In this role, you will play a key part in fostering a collaborative and vibrant community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be the primary point of contact for members, ensuring all their needs are met in a timely manner.
  • You will address member inquiries and resolve issues quickly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • You will build and nurture strong relationships with members by actively understanding their requirements and feedback.
Tours & Onboarding:
  • You will conduct tours for potential clients, showcasing the facilities and membership options.
  • You will lead the onboarding process for new members by providing orientation and helping them integrate smoothly into the community.
Community Development & Engagement:
  • You will plan and organize networking events, workshops, and social gatherings to encourage collaboration.
  • You will facilitate meaningful connections and collaborations among members to strengthen the community.
  • You will foster an inclusive, positive, and supportive culture that celebrates diversity and engagement.
Space & Operations Management:
  • You will oversee day-to-day space operations, including reservations, vendor coordination, and resource allocation.
  • You will ensure that the space remains clean, fully functional, and well-maintained at all times.
  • You will manage membership contracts, invoicing, and record-keeping to ensure smooth operations.
Marketing & Promotion:
  • You will collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that attract new members.
  • You will actively promote events, programs, and community updates through various communication channels.
  • You will support strategies aimed at boosting awareness, driving engagement, and improving member retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse members.
  • You must have organizational skills to manage the operations and events of the space.
  • You must have knowledge of industry trends, community management best practices, and facility management.
  • You must have good communication and interpersonal skills, including spoken and written English.
  • You must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • You must have a proactive mindset with ownership and responsibility for assigned work.
