About the Role:
The Mine Site Head is accountable for overseeing all aspects of mine operations, encompassing production, safety compliance, resource management, and regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily UG mining operations to ensure production targets are met while maintaining safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Implement cost-effective measures to enhance operational efficiency and optimize resource allocation.
- Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline mining processes and improve productivity.
- Engage with regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits and manage land acquisition challenges.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Safety Management Plan in compliance with statutory norms and regulations.
- Drive the adoption of digital tools and advanced mechanization practices to boost operational efficiency.
- Manage relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and contractors to maintain project timelines.
