About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned IT professional to join our fast-growing global business. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to build rapport with clients worldwide, and work well under pressure.

The successful candidate will have experience with auditing, monitoring, or security technologies within a Windows environment. They should also be highly organized, able to manage their time effectively, and possess excellent interpersonal and verbal English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, and implement our award-winning Data Security Platform in Enterprise Environments
  • Help existing customers resolve outstanding issues through support tickets
  • Work closely with Team Leads to meet SLA and customer requirements
  • Create technical documents and articles for team and customer use
  • Deliver technical demonstrations to customers globally
  • Ensure customer expectations are met within committed timeframes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • 2-4 years software customer service and support experience required
  • 2+ years of performing administrative tasks in Windows-based infrastructures, including Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server, Office 365, and Cloud platforms
  • Microsoft Certification is a plus
  • PowerShell scripting knowledge preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal English communication, written, and presentation skills required
  • Experience working with a ticketing tool before, e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.
  • Experience delivering product presentations to clients in a pre-sale context
  • Experience working in a high-risk/secured environment preferable
  • Must have experience working directly with end-user clients over 500 employees
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
