Conventional Mortgage Underwriting Specialist

This role involves reviewing, analyzing and underwriting mortgage loans in accordance with established policies and procedures.

  • Examine all loan documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure eligibility, accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines to minimize risk factors.

Qualification & Experience

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

  • Expertise in the 4C's of underwriting (asset, income, credit, and collateral).
