Creative Director of School

As the Associate Dean of Visual Design, you will provide academic and business leadership to the school's visual design vertical. This role requires a strong vision for excellence in visual design and direction to the Vertical of the school. Your responsibilities will include managing resources, ensuring quality of the product, and optimizing operational efficiencies.
This position works closely with the Dean, faculty, and staff to foster a learning environment focused on visual design. You will also manage costs to ensure profitable operations and sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree with at least 12+ years of experience in a senior academic/business role. They should possess knowledge of market trends, community needs, demographics, industry forces, and political forces related to visual design.

- Enrollment Growth in Visual Design
- Adherence to the Manpower Budget in Visual Design
- Human Resources Management in Visual Design
- Online Learning in Visual Design
- Brand Building in Visual Design
- External Relations: Students, Parents, Education Industry Community / Linkages in Visual Design
- Internal Relationships: ADO, AQS, Academic Administration, Campus Directors, Sales, Marketing, Corporate Relations, HR in Visual Design
Additional responsibilities include promoting multidisciplinary teams for new visual design program design and implementation, implementing measures to meet key result areas, and fostering partnerships with higher education institutions and professional organizations in visual design.
