Job Description

This is a key role for a CS qualified professional with 10+ years of experience, seeking to leverage their expertise in compliance and corporate governance to drive business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SEBI and LODR Compliances, as well as experience working with listed entities, preferably having worked on an IPO. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, developing and maintaining corporate governance frameworks, providing legal guidance, monitoring regulatory changes, conducting internal audits, and collaborating with external advisors and regulatory bodies.

  • Develop and maintain corporate governance frameworks to support business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, especially SEBI and LODR Compliances.
  • Provide legal guidance and support to internal stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation of necessary updates.
  • Conduct internal audits to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Draft and review compliance documentation, including policies and procedures.
  • Deliver training programs to promote awareness of compliance requirements among employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A successful candidate should have:

  • CS Qualification and at-least 10 years of experience
  • Experience working with a listed entity
  • Experience having worked on an IPO is highly desirable
