We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Developer to join our team. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining innovative AI solutions using Power Platform and Copilot.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop secure, scalable, and supportable Power Platform solutions with custom connectors to REST APIs and external services.">
  • Implement API/webhook interactions to orchestrate cross-system processes, instrument, and tune performance.">
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver iterative value, document patterns for reuse and handover.">
  • Ensure alignment with AI Acceptable Use Policy and coordinate with IT on governance/ISO27001 expectations for Power Platform solutions.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • ">
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including designs and deployment of agents, prompt engineering, and integration with Teams/Outlook/SharePoint.">
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Pages, as well as the ability to build custom connectors and integrate REST APIs/Azure services into solutions.">
  • Strong scripting skills, including the ability to write scripts that send payloads via API calls/webhooks.">
  • Excellent business partnering skills, including the ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions and collaborate across functions.">
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100/200/400/600) or demonstrable Power Platform title/track record are preferred.">
