**Job Title:** Senior Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Field Service activities according to the work plan on modern marine diesel, dual-fuel engines and gas engines.
  • Perform overhauls and repairs on 4-stroke medium-speed engines.
  • Interact professionally with customers during the work execution.
  • Perform internal and external progress status of the assigned work in conjunction with the Field Service Superintendent.
  • Create the Service Work Reports.
  • On smaller to medium-sized projects, provide technical guidance to both Service Engineers and Customers on how to properly use products or systems under their care and respond appropriately to customer inquiries or complaints by providing clear explanations, reassurance or resolution options as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (BE- Mechanical) with minimum 7 years of experience.
  • Candidates having experience in repair and maintenance of 4-stroke engines will be preferred.
  • Hands-on experience of working on Marine installations.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the year.
  • Willingness to relocate to Chennai is a must.
