Jewel Category Manager

As a Jewel Merchandiser, you will be responsible for overseeing key trading tasks such as stock management, fragmentation, and product returns. This involves closely collaborating with various teams to improve efficiencies, trade, and customer experience.
Key responsibilities include managing new product uploads, category builds, product detail maintenance, and promotional activities. You will also be involved in UAT site testing for development projects and regular site walks to ensure 100% accuracy at all times.
Furthermore, you will collaborate with the e-Commerce team for onsite optimizations such as product recommendations, upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and search improvements. Additionally, you will assist with day-to-day coordination of e-Commerce marketplace activities, including product uploads, reporting, and organizing stock transfers.
Lastly, you will report on e-Commerce trade performance, providing data-driven insights and conducting deep dives to better understand shopping behaviors and trends.
