Network Support Specialist Overview:

This is a highly skilled and experienced role that involves providing direct remote support for consultants and local IT teams in India and Singapore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, and walking end-users through solutions for enterprise connectivity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing expert-level technical support to consultants and local IT teams with device setup and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Performing end-to-end router configuration from unboxing to deployment.
  • Troubleshooting Netgear Nighthawk devices and similar enterprise Wi-Fi equipment.
  • Providing step-by-step guidance to end-users during live troubleshooting calls.
  • Managing VPN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for remote users.
  • Documenting troubleshooting workflows and escalating to global IT teams when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Network Support or IT Infrastructure roles.
  • Proven experience configuring routers, VPNs, and enterprise Wi-Fi devices.
  • Ability to explain and walk through router configuration processes (CLI/GUI).
  • Strong knowledge of VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL, Cisco AnyConnect, Zscaler, etc.).
  • Hands-on troubleshooting with Netgear Nighthawk or equivalent devices.
  • Excellent English proficiency with ability to guide consultants and IT staff effectively.

  • Experience supporting enterprise or consulting environments.
  • Exposure to large-scale multi-country IT support rollouts.
