  • Operational Management plays a key part in this role, requiring collaboration with global client relations teams to track and monitor agency agreements while preparing quarterly scheduled reports.
  • The ability to prepare schedules of analysis in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness, is also crucial.
  • Reviewing the quality of disclosure responses and processing them efficiently is another vital aspect of this position.
  • Addressing third-party queries promptly and accurately, resolving issues effectively, is also required.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 18 months experience in research or data analysis, with a strong foundation in analytical thinking.
  • Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail, time management, and initiative
    • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
    • Strong analytical abilities for data interpretation and problem-solving
    • Basic proficiency in Excel for managing and processing financial data
