We are seeking a skilled IT professional to manage and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of our IT environment, enabling employees to work efficiently and effectively.

As a desktop support engineer, you will be involved in every stage of project development, starting from the initial idea to project definition, development, debugging, and ongoing iterations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administering Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and providing support for Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) infrastructure
  • Managing incident and service request management process to ensure timely resolution of user issues and requests
  • Utilizing Nexthink for proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution
  • Handling grant application/drive/folder access requests and ensuring proper permissions are granted according to security policies
  • Administering user accounts in Active Directory, including adding/removing users from groups and managing calendar access and delegation
  • Facilitating consultant onboarding/offboarding processes, including provisioning/deprovisioning access to necessary resources
  • Managing access to collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, including adding/removing users from channels and distribution lists
  • Maintaining remote software installations and configurations to ensure users have access to required applications
