Game Development Specialist

You will be responsible for creating and iterating on new games and mini-apps daily. This role requires a balance of creativity and critical thinking, as you will design, build, and review your own and others' work to identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rapidly develop and deploy new games and apps through internal builders.
- Conduct self-assessments and rating of your output, providing detailed feedback on why it succeeds or fails.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on fellow team members' work to drive excellence.
- Distill successful strategies into reusable templates and documentation.
- Identify and report bugs and UX issues to facilitate efficient development.
- Monitor engagement metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize retention.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience with Generative AI (ChatGPT, DALL-E/Midjourney, LLM chains).
- A gamer's perspective and ability to articulate what makes something enjoyable.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- An agile mindset, able to prioritize and focus on high-impact ideas.
- Bonus: basic proficiency in coding (light JS/Lua/React), marketing (Instagram/Twitter fluency), or data (basic SQL) would be advantageous.
