\Key Responsibilities\

  • Develop solutions and proposals for clients in the pharmaceutical space, managing proposal responses end-to-end from bid origination to closure.\
  • Translate ambiguity into clear solution narratives with pricing models and delivery frameworks.\
  • Understand client needs and architect solutions that map to our capabilities, providing this information to delivery teams.\
  • Define win themes by understanding client needs and positioning us as the preferred partner.\
  • Build Points of View (PoVs) and go-to-market collateral tailored to client challenges.\
  • Contribute to demand generation through thought leadership and strategic content.\
  • Lead deals and develop solution strategies, not just support execution.\
  • Communicate effectively and have strong storytelling skills.\
  • Have a strategic mindset with solid pricing and delivery model understanding.\

    • 5-8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in solutioning or strategic consulting.\
    • Experience in the life sciences industry.\
    • Proven ability to lead deals and develop solution strategy.\
    • Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.\
    • Strategic thinking with pricing and delivery model knowledge.\
