Job Title: Operations Team Director

The Operations Team Director will oversee the operations team, collaborating closely with internal and onshore teams to guarantee a reliable and operationally effective workflow of processes.

This leadership role requires a strong ability to lead, motivate, and guide a team to achieve daily targets in a timely manner.

  • Lead operations team and collaborate with internal and onshore teams to ensure process efficiency.
  • Interact directly with stakeholders to deliver business requirements and healthy process behavior.
  • Plan, organize, and direct the work of subordinates or others.
  • Outline procedures and instructions on work received.
  • Makes estimations on new jobs received, checks accuracy/quality of content creation/population done by others.
  • Ensures records are maintained accurately.
  • Identify and fix gaps in the process between offshore and onshore teams.
  • Partner with offshore and onshore management to ensure compliance and scalable communication processes.
  • Actively works with various internal teams to drive tools and process improvements that effect process flows.
  • Adhere to Compliance and Audit.
  • Effectively manages SLA, process flows, and any escalations.
  • Manage people (Leadership role, team management, floor control, and retention), Performance Management, and Rewards & Recognition.
  • Formulates, implements, tracks career path, and individual development plans of team members.
  • Mentor and guide quality lead/process expert to manage quality, improve process efficiency, and minimize variation.
  • Conceptualizes, designs, and delivers trainings to the team.
  • Manages the team and ensures high service delivery and execution.
