Job Description

We are seeking an experienced data professional to join our team as a Principal/Senior Data Architect. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions that drive business value.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data architecture principles, cloud computing, and big data technologies. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to design and implement technical solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for developing technical solutions to deliver scalable analytical solutions. You will also collaborate with Business Consultants and Product Owners to design and implement technical solutions.

Communication and organization skills are essential for this position. You must be able to effectively communicate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience delivering multiple data solutions
  • Experience with ETL development using SSIS, Data Factory, and related Microsoft and other ETL technologies
  • In-depth skills with SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, HDInsights, Azure Data Lake
  • Experience with different data models like normalised, de-normalized, stars, and snowflake models
  • Deep understanding of operational dependencies of applications, networks, systems, security and policy
  • Advanced study/knowledge in computer science or software engineering
