About the Role

Our Risk team sits at the heart of Revolut, working across functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business is on safe footing.

The Controls (1LoD) team is among the first to get involved in new business initiatives, from app technology through treasury and finance to customer support.

We're seeking a Business Risk Manager to play a crucial role in creating the first line of defence for Revolut Private Bank. This person will have an analytical mind to develop sustainable growth strategies that align with operational risk frameworks and take our risk management procedures to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, assess, document, and review risks in our Private Bank
  • Design, implement, and test controls
  • Develop and test key procedures
  • Create and review key risk indicators
  • Register risk events, manage and deliver risk incident reports

What You'll Need

  • A 2:1 degree from a top university
  • 6+ years of experience in operational risk management in financial services
  • Experience in private banking or wealth management (essential)
  • Experience with risk identification, monitoring, and controls (implementation and testing)
  • Previous examples of interpreting and organizing complex data
  • A solid track record of achievement, having won competition awards (academic, professional, or sport)
  • The ability to quickly assume responsibilities
  • An organized and methodical approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
