Job Title:

Project Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project strategies.
  • Coordinate staff, resources, and stakeholders to meet objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, adapt plans as needed, and ensure timely completion.
  • Manage client relationships, expectations, and communication.
  • Oversee all project documentation, from inception to delivery.
  • Conduct regular review meetings and create detailed reports for senior management.
  • Continuously improve processes and approaches to enhance overall performance.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and initiate new projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • 8-11 years of experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an asset.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with project management software tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
