Electronics Inspector Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in inspecting cable harnesses, PCB assemblies, and electronic units.

The role requires strong knowledge of IPC standards, harness assembly guidelines, ESD practices, and component-level inspection.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct environmental tests such as thermal cycling, vibration, humidity, altitude, shock, and ingress protection (IP) tests on electronic units.
  • Perform EMI/EMC testing as per applicable military, automotive, or aerospace standards.
  • Prepare and verify test setups, fixtures, and monitoring instruments.
  • Evaluate and report test results accurately and generate detailed test reports.
  • Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot failures and support root cause analysis.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in audits and maintain readiness for regulatory and customer inspections.
  • Support test automation and continuous improvement initiatives within the lab.

  • Experience with EMI/EMC testing and troubleshooting techniques.
