Job Role

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee the transition of ECS customers into our Private Cloud. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer focus and strong technical expertise.

The role requires coordination with various teams, including GCE and Delivery, to deliver high-quality services that meet customer needs. Key tasks include:

  • Project initiation: ensuring seamless handovers between sales and project delivery
  • Project planning: collaborating with consulting and customer teams to manage deliverables and projects
  • Execution: effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the build and migration lifecycles
  • Closing: documenting and resolving open issues, completing projects on time

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, and closure. They will work closely with customers to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall project progress and status
  • Manage activity tracking across current phases and plan subsequent phases
  • Plan and prepare production upgrades, including schedules, weekend work, standby plans, business downtime preparation, and alignment with customers
  • Coordinate production upgrades with relevant parties from both customer and ECS sides

  • SAP expertise
  • ECS knowledge
  • Project management skills
  • Migration/upgrade experience
  • Full lifecycle implementation experience (number of end-to-end projects)
  • Location flexibility
  • Availability for relocation or remote work
