Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled ATE test engineer to join our project, which focuses on migrating automated test equipment (ATE) test programs.

  • The primary responsibility will be to migrate existing test programs from various platforms to the NI STS platform.
  • This is a position that requires some travel and collaboration with team members.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and migrating full test programs from source platforms to the target NI STS platform. This includes rewriting test methods and adapting test flows for the new environment.

  • Develop and migrate full test programs using C# as the primary programming language.
  • Analyze and adapt existing source code written in C++ and other languages.
  • Perform statistical data analysis using tools to ensure proper test program correlation.
  • Work with various device types, including op-amps, converters, and complex System-on-Chips (SOCs).
  • Collaborate remotely with team members to maintain communication regarding project progress.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4-7 years of industry experience in IC Test, or equivalent field.
  • Strong experience in semiconductor test engineering and practices.
  • Proficiency in C++/C# is essential.
  • Solid understanding of test program development and debugging.
  • Knowledge of basic statistical analysis for test correlation (e.g., SPCM, CPK).
  • Familiarity with test instrumentation and the ability to work with various hardware platforms.
  • Experience with op-amps, converters, and complex SOCs.
