Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Lead/Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Control System Integration team, you will be responsible for leading and developing projects with clients across multiple industry sectors.

Your primary focus will be on the design, development, and optimization of control systems for process industries and packaging machinery. You will also provide technical solutions for complex automation challenges across various manufacturing platforms.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will be expected to mentor junior electrical and controls engineers in electrical and control system design, programming, and troubleshooting. You will also review and validate electrical and control system designs and programs developed by junior engineers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: 15+ years of experience in industrial automation and controls engineering, with demonstrated expertise in process and packaging machinery control systems.
  • PLC/HMI/SCADA Systems: Extensive experience in selection and use of control system hardware, expert-level knowledge in PLC, HMI, and SCADA system design, programming, and troubleshooting.
  • Industrial Networks: Strong understanding of industrial networks and communication protocols, including Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, DeviceNet, BACnet.
  • Motion Control Systems: Proven experience with motion control systems and servo applications, including motor selection, drive parameterization, programming, and tuning.
  • Sensor Technologies: Knowledge of sensor technologies applicable to desired type of measurement and good understanding of sensor characteristics.
  • Codes and Standards: Conversant with codes, standards, and regulations like UL, IEC, ANSI, ISA, NEC, NEMA, and NFPA.
