This internship provides a hands-on learning experience in business development and marketing. You will assist the Chief Growth Officer in the sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to client conversions.
Key Learning Areas & Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Learn targeted B2B client engagement in various sectors.
- Lead Generation: Support exhibition representation to understand high-quality lead generation techniques.
- Negotiation Insights: Observe and support negotiations, understanding deal structures and client relationship management strategies.
- Cold Outreach: Learn cold emailing and personalized outreach techniques for connecting with prospects.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain records of outreach activities and learn how insights refine sales strategies.
- Pitch Preparation: Assist in preparing impactful presentations and proposals for clients.
Internship Objectives:
- Gaining experience generating qualified B2B leads through exhibitions, networking, and digital outreach.
- Contributing to building relationships with decision-makers in various sectors.
- Developing a practical understanding of client conversion strategies in a B2B context.
- Learning reporting and sales pipeline management in real-world operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Marketing students or fresh graduates preferred.
- Strong interest in B2B sales, business development, and marketing strategy.
- Good communication and networking skills.
- Enthusiastic and proactive about learning B2B businesses and marketing agency sectors.
