Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices with precision and speed through accounts receivable systems.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and resolving queries efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement Lean and Six Sigma projects to enhance AR efficiency and quality.
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding invoice matters and communicate status updates.
  • Address queries in invoices and update supervisors on status, adhering to SLA compliance.
  • Develop reports, assist in training team members, and prepare process documents.
  • Benchmark operations by creating knowledge databases that support learning and growth.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Team leading experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to work comfortably in non-standard shifts and schedules.
  • Strong analytical skills, result orientation, and good domain expertise.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Concur is an advantage.
